Also throughout July 2020 I have been studying a powerful but gentle technique called Neuro-Vascular Release (NVR), the aim of which is to release tension in the nerve and artery networks. It can be great for releasing neck tension, improving respiration, increasing spinal flexibility, correcting hip alignment and relaxing tight leg muscles.
