Treatment Options for the Covid-19 Era

NB a detailed list of the safety protocols and advanced client screening now required to satisfy government guidance for treatments is given on my home page here

NB if you have had Covid-19 and were hospitalised and / or put on ongoing medication for it, I am unwilling to treat you at the present time.  I feel the incidences of unexplained blood clotting post virus are too risky.

  1. Face to Face, Hands On : My default treatment, either to give you a relaxing massage or address a postural imbalance or pain pattern.  Duration 60 or 90 mins.  Expect some postural assessment and movement analysis and then we'll agree a treatment strategy that's right for you using a mixture of the techniques above, usually ending with some deep massage work to promote blood flow & relaxation.

  2. Face to Face, Socially Distanced:  If you want to avoid physical contact, following the assessment aspect I can coach you in a number of self care techniques and rehabilitation exercises to help you.  We'll add these to a bespoke plan with video tutorials which you can receive in email or as a weblink. Duration 60 mins.

  3. Face to Face, Chair Massage: A treatment performed through clothes with you sat on an ergonomically designed chair which has been adjusted to fit you (they're really comfortable!).  A variety of techniques can be used to achieve great benefits for the neck, shoulders and back.  Duration 30 mins.

  4. Online Appointments: Conducted via video meeting link.  Again I can assess your posture and movement patterns and work with you to create a bespoke remedial exercise & self-care plan which you can have a secure login for via the software.  Duration 45mins.  The neuro-vascular work which I've studied recently also lends itself well to this and I'll be launching that as a stand-alone 4 session series soon.  My developing offer of online options is explained in more detail on the Telehealth page.

Payments preferred by contactless card transactions.
